Wild West

We had fun and took the kids to Rawhide with Gramps and Cheryl. It was a very fun place and Austin was looking for Cowboys the whole time. We got him a Cowboy Hat and he is still wearing it this morning.









Austin got in some good bonding time with Gramps.

Here he is today playing with his hat. He didn't want to take it off for anything. He was calling himself Woody from Toystory.

Yellow!

I told you his bike was yellow. We all got quite a kick out of it. He still had fun though. Have to love the yellow shirt too!

Mission Impossible!

Austin is so very difficult to get a Photo of. He sees the camera and hides or runs the other way screaming. If he does sit still he makes a goofy face. I love you Austin!

Bird Watching

Kayla was watching the birds fly around and listening to them chirp. She was also looking for airplanes in the sky. She loves checking everything out but I can tell she has a weakness for animals. Just like her Mommy.

Go Wings!

Jason called his Dad and joked that he had to come to Phoenix because the Wings will be here this week. That was on Sunday and him and his girlfriend were here on Wednesday in time for Game 1 of the Playoffs. Jason also told him it's bike week in Scottsdale so that helped too. He rented a bike and boy is it ever funny. I will be taking a picture of it soon so you can see :)

Jason, Gramps and Cheryl are all at the game now. How fun!

Phoenix

I love this cat. We named him Phoenix when we got him 7 years ago and now we live in Phoenix! How cool is that?!

Really though, he is so dear to us. We got him right after the loss of our Daughter, Autumn. When I looked at the paperwork after getting him I saw him and Autumn shared the same Birthday. It was meant to be and he is so special to us. Austin and Kayla love him to pieces. Kayla even knows how to say Kitty and she is all smiles when he is around. Austin treats him much better than he did in the past. We love you Phoenix!!

New Toy Box?

It's funny how fast toys can take over our house. We decided to get this bin for downstairs to store some toys in. The kids had other plans for it. Austin was "driving" Kayla all over the house! Good times!

Photo-a-Day

I am starting over today - I should say starting fresh. My blog has changed themes so many times, and here I go with a new one. I want to take a photo a day. This is to better document my children growing and to improve my photography. Nothing is better than practice. I have several friends who are doing this also. So here it goes.

*The way she sings in the car (drives Austin nuts)

*How she will eat anything

*The love she has for her Brother

*When Daddy comes home form work she jumps right into his arms

*How much she loves to play sports, mostly Hockey

*She is a very tough girl but very girly as well

*She loves Princesses and Minnie Mouse

*She loves to carry a purse and she does it so girly too

*Dressing her up is just so fun

*Her love of shoes
